They have a slightly arched and knurled handle for optimal grip during exercises. A must have for every gym!

The Standard set includes pairs of 5lb, 10lb, 15lb, 20lb, 25lb, 30lb, 35lb, 40lb, 45lb, and 50lb dumbbells.

The Light Set includes pairs of 3lb, 5lb, 10lb, 12lb, 15lb, 20lb and 25lb dumbbells.

The Heavy Set includes pairs of 55lb, 60lb, 65lb, 70lb, 80lb, 90lb and 100lb dumbbells.
