PRx Post Landmine Torsonator
The PRx post landmine, dubbed the Torsonator, has a 360-degree rotational pivot, so it opens up a wide range of strength and conditioning moves. It's made of solid steel with a black powder coat for durability. The sleeve fits Olympic barbells, and the base is 8.5" long.
A post landmine sits on the floor or slides over a plate post instead of mounting to a rack or wall. Because of that, you can set it up anywhere: in the garage, on a platform or outside. The full 360-degree pivot lets you train rotations in both directions without moving the base.
Highlights:
- 360-degree rotational pivot
- Solid steel, black powder coat
- Fits Olympic barbells
- 8.5" base
- $64.99
Popular moves: landmine presses, rows, rotations, squats and the classic landmine "windshield wiper" for core strength.
Why landmine training? Landmine work trains strength through an arc, so it builds rotational power and shoulder-friendly pressing. For lacrosse players, that rotational power carries straight into shooting and checking.
How to start: first, place the base on a stable surface or plate. Next, slide in an empty barbell. Finally, learn each movement light before you add plates.
Need a wall or rack mount instead? See the PRx wall mounted landmine or the Profile landmine attachment. Stringers Lacrosse Shop ships every order from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
