PRx Open Row Cable Attachment

The PRx open row cable attachment proves that small changes often lead to big progress. It gives you a comfortable neutral grip and the extra space you need for a fuller range of motion.

Standard row handles keep your hands close together, which can limit how far you pull. The open design of this attachment lets your elbows travel farther back. As a result, you get a stronger squeeze through your upper back on every rep. For lacrosse players, a strong upper back supports better posture and shoulder health through a long season.
