Build Limitless® Band Pegs

Build Limitless band pegs add dynamic tension to your lifts, so you can break through strength plateaus. They're designed to fit PRx Performance Build Limitless racks, and they let you use variable resistance to build explosive power and stability.

Why Train with Band Pegs?

Free weights give a constant load. However, when you loop resistance bands around these 12-inch steel pegs, the load increases as the band stretches. This accommodating resistance is a popular way to build power through the lockout of squats and bench presses. For lacrosse athletes, that means more lower-body explosiveness.

Band pegs also change the direction of resistance. By pulling the bar toward the floor or at an angle, they make your stabilizing muscles work harder.

Construction and Design

Each peg is made in the USA from steel with a durable black powder coat that stands up to band friction. The 5/8" pin fits any standard hole on a Build Limitless or 5/8"-compatible rack for a snug, secure fit.

Suggested Setup

Two pegs are recommended for the Build Limitless Squat Stand and Half Rack. Four pegs are recommended for the Build Limitless Full Cage and 6-Post rack. When you're not lifting, the pegs also make a handy place to hang bands, jump ropes or belts.
