PRx Wall Ball Target

Hate wall balls? Take it out on the PRx wall ball target! It mounts to any flat wall with the provided screws and is powder coated for durability. The hard work starts after installation.

Wall balls are one of the best conditioning moves you can do at home. They combine a squat, a throw and a catch, so they train your legs, core and shoulders together. A fixed target keeps every rep honest, because you either hit the line or you don't. For lacrosse players, that full-body power and stamina carry straight into the fourth quarter.

Suggested space: an 11' ceiling is recommended for standard 9' and 10' target lines.

How to install: first, measure up from the floor so the lines sit at 9' and 10'. Next, mark the screw holes and check that the target is level. Finally, drive the screws in and test with a few light throws.
