PRx mobility bands are some of the most affordable yet versatile training tools you can buy. From pre-workout mobility to post-workout recovery, assisted pull-ups and strength work, they're a must-have for any athlete.
Trainers and physical therapists use bands for stabilization exercises, monster walks, lateral walks and squats. You can also mix and match: use two or three together to create more levels of resistance. Tie one to a post for rows or twisting oblique work, or stand on it for shoulder presses, good mornings and curls. 100% latex.
Resistance levels (41" long, 3/16" thick):
- Yellow: 5–15 lb, $14.99
- Red: 10–35 lb, $19.99
- Black: 30–60 lb, $24.99
- Purple: 40–80 lb, $29.99
- Green: 50–125 lb, $34.99
- Blue: 65–175 lb, $39.99
Bundles: the Light bundle (yellow, red, black, purple) costs $74.99. The Standard bundle (red, black, purple, green) costs $94.99. The Heavy bundle (red, black, purple, green, blue) costs $134.99.
Which bands do you need? Lighter bands suit warmups, stretching and shoulder work. In contrast, heavier bands are better for assisted pull-ups and banded lifts. For lacrosse players, a light set is perfect for hip and shoulder warmups before practice.
How to use them: first, start with a lighter band to learn the movement. Next, add tension by stepping farther from the anchor. Finally, stretch quads, hamstrings and calves after your workout.
Keep them organized with PRx mobility band storage. Stringers Lacrosse Shop ships every order from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
