PRx 2x3 Spotter Arms (Pair)

PRx 2x3 spotter arms keep you safe when you lift. They fit 2x3 Profile ONE and Fold-In ONE racks only, and they're sold in pairs.

Partner or not, spotter arms are built to take a beating and catch your bar if you fail a rep. The tops are lined with UHMW wear strips, so they protect the knurling on your bar. When you're ready to work out, unfold your Profile ONE rack and attach the spotter arms to the front.

They aren't just for safety, either. You can also use them for rack pulls, bent-over rows and standing overhead presses. As a result, one accessory adds several exercises to a small home gym.

How to set them up: first, set the arms just below the bottom of your lift. Next, test with an empty bar. Finally, adjust one hole at a time until a missed rep lands safely.
