These Iron Neck resistance bands add dynamic resistance to any workout. Each band is cloth-wrapped and finished with high-quality steel carabiners and colored labels, so it's easy to grab the right one. Whether you're using an Iron Neck or RX Training, the bands are designed to fit into any routine.

Resistance bands get harder the further they're stretched. Each Iron Neck band is 3 feet long and stretches to 9 feet. As a result, you can scale the difficulty just by stepping closer or farther from the anchor.
