The Profile PRO plate loaded functional trainer combines PRx's patented folding squat rack with Dialed Motion's Sidewinder cable system. Developed with Dialed Motion, it's one of the most versatile space-saving functional trainers you can put in a home gym.

Every detail is designed for precision. The upper arm blends into the rack without adding height. A 3-sided trolley moves up and down the upright from the lowest locking hole to the highest; it glides smoothly, holds in place magnetically, and can come off the upright to move past the lower linkage arms. With the right attachments, you can do leg extensions, glute kickbacks, lat pulldowns and more. A few seconds to readjust the cables and weights, and you're moving through your routine without adding more machines.

Dual vs. single sided: you can use one side for both left- and right-handed exercises, but dual sides save time. They also let you move a cable across the rack for lat pulldowns, with your knees and weight out of the way. Pair the dual setup with the Profile incline bench for seated flies and presses.
