DFND Active Ax wool compression socks (part #UC316) pair firm 20-30mmHg graduated compression with the warm, soft feel of fine wool. They're a unisex, over-the-calf sock for recovery, travel and cold-weather training. Check the size chart for the right fit.
Firm compression is often recommended for tired, achy legs after long days. Because these are wool, they also keep your feet warm on cold sidelines and early-season practices. In addition, they're made in the USA and Berry compliant.
Benefits:
- Graduated compression designed to support circulation
- Seamless toe reduces pressure points
- May help limit calf cramping
- Extra warmth from fine wool fibers
Features:
- 20-30mmHg, about 22mmHg at the ankle
- Reciprocated heel and balloon toe
- Soft welt that stays up without squeezing
- 47% wool, 46% nylon, 7% spandex
- Black, sizes S to XL, sold as a pair for $40
Uses: recovery, running and training, travel, sleeping and added warmth.
Care: machine wash cold with like colors, then tumble dry cool or hang to dry in the shade. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, dryer sheets and ironing.
Why for lacrosse? They're a great pick for long bus rides to tournaments and cold spring games.
20-30mmHg is firm compression; ask your doctor before using it for any medical condition. Stringers Lacrosse Shop ships every order from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
